My lawn had a couple large sections where I had to kill some invasive grass/weed. The other areas of the lawn were average, but definitely not a thick lawn. Reached out to Lawn Doctor and utilized two (2) of their services in the fall: core aeration followed by power-seeding. By Spring and Summer my lawn had never looked so good. Not to boast, but I had several neighbors compliment me on the lawn. It was dark green, thick and beautiful. Cathleen was very responsive and professional in providing quotation, answering questions and providing instructions on my after-care instructions. Definitely recommend these guys to address your lawn needs. ~ Steve W

For years I did my own lawn treatments using weedkillers from the hardware store. In 2019 I finally admitted these products were not up to the task, and contracted Lawn Doctor of Southeast Cincinnati-Anderson Twp (LDSC). Wow! What a transformation! What I wasn't able to accomplish in multiple DIY treatments over multiple years, LDSC accomplished in about 2 seasons. The nimblewill, creeping charlie, and violets didn't stand a chance, and my lawn has never looked better. Multiple neighbors have heard from other lawn services that nimblewill couldn't be treated - except with Roundup. Not so! Give LDSC a call! ~ Russ R

We used the company to convert a heavily shaded area in our back yard from wood chips to grass. Cathleen did aeration and power seeding in the fall. Results on part of the yard were great, the other side didn’t grow in as well. When I reached out to Cathleen in the spring she was very receptive to my feedback; actually came back twice to reseed and ensure we were happy with no additional cost. She went above and beyond. Now early summer the yard looks great! Highly recommend. ~ Matthew F

Eddie did his job well, first by contacting me and leaving me a message, then by completely covering the yard with the products necessary for winter fertilization. However, as the attached photos show my lawn person has yet to show up and suck up all the leaves. So I am concerned that all of the chemicals are just sitting on top of the leaves and will not get a chance to go down into the soil if the lawn service shows up soon. ~ Elizabeth O

Lawn Doctor has been a good choice for my lawn. My weeds are disappearing, and I highly recommend the mosquito treatments. The best thing about Lawn Doctor, however, is Cathleen. She takes pride in her franchise and really goes out of her way to meet customer needs. Cathleen is literally my lawn’s doctor! Cathleen has been wonderful to work with. This is our first year with her and we immediately saw good results. Started with Lawn doctor halfway through the season to help improve the look of lawn and reduce the amount of weeds (our yard was 90% weeds). They were professional, on time and always proactive with communication. Eddie was very friendly and efficient. He also went over my trouble spots with me individually explaining he would fix all the issues. There were a few he could not fix but he told me how to address then. Will see all the results in a few days of the weeds being brown. ~ Toni B

Ryan was great! We were up against a rain storm, and he got started in a hurry! While aerating, the rain started coming down! We made sure the machine was still pulling a good core plug. So he got the yard done in the rain! He did a great job! ~ Dan
